Forms for recording engineers
This page is a remnant of the previous version of the site, and contains links to a few downloadable pdf files of forms for use in music recording sessions. All the forms on this page have been developed, used and refined by me over several years of hands-on recording and you're welcome to make use of them if you like the look of them!
I have provided A4 (European) and Letter (US) format documents wherever possible, so you can choose the right format for your paper stock. In order to view and print these forms you will need Adobe Acrobat reader.
If there's a kind of form you're looking for but can't find here, let me know and I'll try to design one, assuming it's of a sufficiently general nature to be of interest to users of this site.
